Venue
Three different Ballrooms available based on the number of guests including the main lobby for 8 Hours of event time and 4 hours for set up time if needed. This package also includes 4 hours of rehearsal time prior to your function, if needed.

Includes full consultation regarding your wedding for planning every minute and consultation for your reversal.
Ayva Wedding Invitation Signature Package
Includes 150 invitations, 150 RSVP cards and envelopes from our Signature Invitation Album.

A beautiful table filled with Fresh Seasonal Fruits, Imported and Domestic Cheeses and Crisp Crudité Vegetables. Displayed with assorted Crackers and Dips and Ayva Sweet Vidalia Onion Dip with Garlic Crostini.
Hors d’oeuvres
Select up to five hot or cold hors d’oeuvres from our extensive list of Hors d’oeuvres. Your selections will be passed to your guests throughout the ballroom.

Free consultation and all day coverage by two photographers with high tech photography equipments. Unlimited pictures will be shot and provided on DVD, twenty 8”x10” prints, two 16” x 20” framed portrait and a 20 page fully designed album.
Ayva signature video package
Free consultation to discuss your needs for taping the event. Attendance at you rehearsal to go over Important details. 2 digital cameras at your ceremony and all day coverage of your event. Preparations at an additional location ( home or hotel ). Pre-ceremony activities (prelude). The wedding ceremony and reception highlights. Selected scene from dance floor. A collection of 30 to 45 still pictures will complete your video. 6 DVDs printed case with your selected images from The wedding day. Additional 30 minute movie of all your pictures will be played during your reception on a large screen projector.
Ayva signature entertainment package
It will be a 6 hours service. Includes your dj, mc, intelligent light show, live video music show on large screen, live musicians, dancers, party favors and free consultation.
