Hors d’oeuvres
Select up to three hot or cold hors d’oeuvres from our extensive
list of hors d’oeuvres. Your selections will be passed to your
guests throughout the ballroom.
Ayva catering’s dinner services
Complete buffet dinner featuring: Two salad courses of your choice,
three entrées, with total of four different side items.
Chocolate fountain station
Chocolate fondue fountains are extremely fun and popular. With your
package you will get the full chocolate fountain station with three
different dipping choices.
Ice sculpture
Choose two different designs and display a 40 inch tall ice
sculpture by the buffet table, champaign table or the harvest
display.

Cake cutting
At ayva center, the cutting, garnishing and serving of your cake is

Coffee, brewed decaffeinated and traditional on display with three

Includes two different domestic drafted beer, two different premium
house wines and up to 5 different well liquor and one bartender for

Ayva platinum photo package
Free consultation and 8 hours of coverage with high tech photography
equipments. Unlimited pictures will be Shot. 150 pictures will be
printed 4” x 6”, 10 pictures will be printed 8” x 10” and one
picture 16” x 20” framed portrait.
Ayva platinum video package
Free consultation to discuss your needs for taping the event.
Attendance at you rehearsal to go over important details. 2 digital
cameras at your ceremony. 8 hours of total coverage. Preparations at
an additional location ( home or hotel ). Pre-ceremony activities
(prelude). The wedding ceremony and reception highlights. Selected
scene from dance floor. A collection of 20 to 35 still picture will
complete your video. Four DVDs printed case with your selected
images from the wedding day.
Ayva platinum DJ service package
Free consultation, 6 hours of service with the latest pa system and
light system. The light system includes intelligent lights. The
sound system includes subs, mids and high range speakers. You can
provide your song list and your DJ will play all your songs and make
all your announcements
Ayva platinum limousine package
Includes a 15 passenger hummer limousine for 4 hours. Choice of
color is black or white limousine.
